youtube ping result

I can't surf and ping youtube! wtf happen to the line? or something happen to youtube? When visiting TM Net website, I found this. WTF!! it should be only at 11.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 28 August 2007 until 12.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 29 August 2007. Hello Mr bandwidth capping master yoda!! today is 31 August!!
